I’m the founder of Concierge Cooking Company. I moved to the US from Hong Kong at the tender age of nine, and have had a close relationship with food my entire life. Although my cooking expertise started with Asian cuisine, my love for food and experience in cooking has broadened to Portuguese, Cuban, Haitian, Southern Comfort Food and many other styles of dishes.
Over the last few years, I’ve discovered a passion for healthy eating, as well as the Paleo lifestyle through Iron Tribe of Naples and enjoy incorporating this into my cooking. I love seeing how food brings people together and there’s something about food that everyone can relate to. Working as an executive chef and operating various food establishments, I’ve noticed how little time people have to cook a well-balanced meal. That’s where the idea of Concierge Cooking Company stems from.
